As Germany continued its march through Europe, taking Paris in the Battle of France, Prime Minister Winston Churchill warned that the Battle of Britain was approaching.

It was this battle which Churchill stated would determine the survival of Christian civilisation.

As Britain prepared to defend itself, King George VI called the nation to prayer.

This episode tells how that prayer was answered.
