Today we hear about this very subject from Author, Scholar and Historian Dr Jerry Pattengale. From a poor yet adventurous childhood he has gone on to write dozens of books and news articles and now works out of Indiana Wesleyan University.
He co-authored The New Book of Christian Martyrs - an update to the classic Foxe's Book of Martyrs with host Johnnie Moore which remembers modern-day heroes who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for their Christian faith.
