It has been two weeks since the start of riots and violent disorder on our streets and although the riots seem to have abated, the emotions are still fresh. As Christians, how do we pursue a path towards peace in our communities while addressing the issues raised by the riots? Director of One People Commission at the Evangelical Alliance, Dr Israel Oluwole Olofinjana, and Bishop of Barking and Lead Bishop for Estates Evangelism, the Right Rev Lynne Callens joined Esther Higham to discuss this.

Perfect looks, perfect home, perfect children and even perfect cupcakes! This is 'the perfect housewife'. Critics say this piles pressure on women. So, is this old-fashion culture or biblically sound principle? Discussing this with Esther Higham was Dr Belle Tindall from the Centre for Cultural Witness as well as author, broadcaster and former agony aunt Anne Atkins.
Fiona Tweedie, is the Statistician for the Church of Scotland who ran 500km between May and July to raise money for a youth resource centre in Lomé, Togo through Compassion UK. She joined Esther Higham to share how that decision impacted her life and the community she intends to help.
Today is results day in the UK. So, what happens if results day doesn't unfold as expected? How can one discern God's guidance when aspirations for university or further studies are thwarted? Youth and student pastors Ditie and Lauren Eradie from St Aldates Church in Oxford, together with career coach Krystyna Gadd, explored these questions with Esther Higham.
