What do you get if you cross a group of monks with a Jazz pianist? No, it’s not a joke, but a unique musical collaboration between musician Tom Donald and the monks of Pluscarden. Tom and producer Beck Donaldson spoke to Esther Higham about the spiritual experience and why Gregorian chants can 'heal our frantic souls'.
