Undoubtedly one of gospels most celebrated rappers, the award-winning artist is a successful real estate mogul, and will soon be gracing our screens with his new financial literacy series - Protect the Bag.

In an interview with Bloomberg Business, Lecrae said: We created a whole campaign and a whole production called 'Protect The Bag' where Im hosting a literal show and walking people through what it looks like to understand finances, to understand debt and credit. Its aimed at that same demographic and generation who wouldnt normally get it.

According to the rapper Protect the Bag will be a Tonight Show meets Dave Chapelle Show style show with commentary, humour and lots of financial information. The six-part series will air on the rappers YouTube channel later in the year.
