Millennial Entrepreur? This May Be The Bank For You

The Pentecostal Credit Union has a scheme aimed towards the millennial entrepreneur, with networking, funding and more at their fingertips whilst they bank. Chief executive Shane Bowes shared more with Muyiwa: we offer community banking, and financial products from the Pentecostal faith community in Great Britain. But gift box, as an extension of that is really targeted at the millennial market. Because Millennials tend to engage with us in different ways.

 

But whos eligible? Bowes said essentially anybody can join: a person will have to be able to demonstrate an association with a Pentecostal church. So that that doesn't necessarily mean that they have to walk into a Pentecostal church every week, doesn't mean to say that they have to have been a member or take a right hand fellowship. But it means that they'll have to be able to demonstrate a relationship with a with a with a Pentecostal church, it may be that they've attended a wedding, or a christening, within the last 12 months

 

Pentecostal credit union are regulated by the Prudential Regulatory Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority, who regulate high street banks. Theyre also members of the Financial Services compensation scheme. 

 

Some may wonder how PCU is better for them over their regular bank, Bowes commented on the loyalty: banks don't offer aren't loyal aren't particularly loyal to any customerAt Pentecostal credit union once a person is a member, they are automatically eligible for a suite of different savings and loan products. For the last five years, we've paid a higher rate than all the high street banks on instant savings accounts, up to the first 150,000 pounds deposit dividends on those savings accounts are paid tax free.
