A Sisterly Christmas 

Featuring Deborah Joy Winans (Greenleaf) and Lisa Michelle Cornelius, A Sisterly Christmas is an OWN original movie that tells the story of love triumphing over tragedy and pain. Vicky and Kristina are two sisters whose close sisterly bond is broken following the death of their mother. Determined to re-ignite the sisters love for each other, their aunt Debbie leaves them an inheritance gift; a Christmas vacation to a luxury resort. The sisters manage to put aside their differences to partake in the annual Christmas day competition organised by the resort, but will they be able to face their past and mend their relationship?

Kirk Franklins A Gospel Christmas

Kirk Franklins 1996 Christmas album is still one of the best gospel albums of all time. Not content to just give us Christmas music, Kirk has teamed up with Lifetime TV for a new movie, Kirk Franklins A Gospel Christmas. The movie sees lead character Olivia played by Demetria McKinney (Tyler Perrys  House of Payne), fearfully take on the position of lead pastor of a new church. Aside the usual pressures of leading the flock, she is also charged with the task of getting the church choir prepared for their performance at the towns annual Christmas Jamboree. After all thats why they hired a singing pastor right? You fail the Jamboree you fail the church, she is lovingly told by one of the church mothers. The movie features songs written and composed by multi award winning gospel artist Kirk  Franklin.
