Child Q: 'Black people aren't seen as peolpe'

The girl, known only as 'Child Q', had allegedly smelt of cannabis to which teachers searched her belongings and found nothing. They then called the police in to the school whereby two female officers carried out a strip search on the girl. It's been reported that no adults were present and requests by Child Q for her mother to be called were ignored. 

This week Cassandra spoke to Reverend Joe Aldred and barrister Arlene Small about why they think this happened, how we can stop it.

This week (March 22, 2022) the UK has been outraged after details emerged about a 15-year-old school girl who was made to strip naked whilst being searched by police at her school.
